Melissa Gove has been riding horses since the tender age of 5, spending
her whole life growing up in the equestrian business. Melissa spent her junior years competeing in the Junior Medals and Hunters
through out the North East. At the end of her junior career she moved on to training and teaching acquiring her MA instructor
license in 2000. Through out the years Melissa has managed several busy hunter/jumper facilities and has had countless
opportunities to train with some of the areas top trainers and participate in clinics with Olympic trainers. Melissa is a multi-disciplined
rider that is capable of teaching all levels of riders. She has a special talent for teaching proper
equitation and true horsemanship skills. She believes that developing a well rounded rider in all aspects of horse
care and riding skills will create a true equestrian.
